FTS is Hiring a Human Resource Coordinator Near Syracuse, NY

One of our great partners in Syracuse, NY is looking for their next Human Resources Coordinator!

This is a fully onsite position, working Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:15pm.

What You Bring

  • Associates degree or nationally-recognized certificate in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field; Bachelor's preferred
  • At least 3 years of of relevant HR office coordination experience in a confidential setting
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Social Media platforms

What You'll Do

  • Support daily HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, orientation, performance management, HR information systems maintenance, and additional projects to support the Director of HR as needed
  • Perform tasks related to reception, document coordination, office phone and email, calendaring, meeting scheduling, reporting, and invoice processing
  • Provide excellent service to all customers, employees, and other guests
